Freya Rose Ridings (born 19 April 1994) is an English singer-songwriter. She is best known for her 2017 single "Lost Without You", which peaked at number nine on the UK Singles Chart. She performed the song live on the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards show in 2018 and also on The Greatest Dancer in 2019.

“Lost Without You” was recently played during a very powerful
scene in episode in Greys Anatomy's 15th season, where the entire female
staff line a hospital hallway in support of a woman who was brutally
raped, in a show of solidarity. The episode is being described as the
best episode in The Greys Anatomy series. West End singer Brian Gilligan
sang a haunting rendition of the song on the 2019 Britain’s got Talent
semi-finals.
